Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClawDeploy ("Service"), operated by ClawDeploy ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Service Description

ClawDeploy provides managed cloud hosting for AI agents built on the OpenClaw framework. Our Service includes agent deployment, monitoring, messaging platform integrations (such as Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and Slack), web browsing capabilities, and a web-based dashboard for management. We host and run your AI agents on dedicated, isolated cloud infrastructure.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use ClawDeploy. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

ClawDeploy operates on a monthly subscription model. Each plan powers one AI agent and includes a set amount of AI credits for model usage. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused AI credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused credits. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ClawDeploy for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk automated messages
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or impersonation
• Distributing malware, phishing, or conducting cyberattacks
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Using agents to scrape or collect personal data without consent
• Generating illegal, harmful, or deceptive content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

6. AI Agent Usage

You are solely responsible for the configuration, behavior, and output of your AI agents. ClawDeploy provides the hosting infrastructure but does not control or monitor the content generated by your agents. You must ensure your agents comply with all applicable laws, third-party platform terms of service (e.g., Telegram, Discord), and our Acceptable Use policy.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your agent configurations, data, and content. ClawDeploy retains all rights to the platform, software, branding, and documentation. You grant us a limited license to host and run your agent configurations solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party service outages, network issues, or force majeure events.

9. Limitation of Liability

ClawDeploy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawDeploy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your agents will be stopped and your data will be deleted within 30 days. You may export your data before account closure.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
