Payment details are processed securely by our payment provider, Creem.io. We do not store your full credit card number or payment credentials on our servers.

Messaging platform tokens and credentials you provide for integrations
Logs and data generated by your AI agents during operation

Pages visited, features used, and interactions with the dashboard

Each AI agent runs on isolated, dedicated cloud infrastructure with its own encrypted storage. Agent data is not shared between users. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate ClawDeploy:

Supabase — Authentication and database
Creem.io — Payment processing
Fly.io — Cloud infrastructure for agent hosting
AI model providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI) — AI capabilities for your agents

These providers have their own privacy policies and may process your data as described in their respective terms.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Agent data, logs, and configurations are retained while your subscription is active. Upon account deletion or subscription cancellation, we delete your data within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).
