Licensing

1. ClawDeploy Platform

The ClawDeploy platform, including the web application, dashboard, API, deployment infrastructure, and all associated branding and documentation, is proprietary software owned by ClawDeploy. Access to the platform is granted through a paid subscription as described in our Terms of Service.

Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the ClawDeploy platform for the purpose of deploying and managing AI agents. This license is valid for the duration of your active subscription.

2. OpenClaw Framework

ClawDeploy hosts AI agents built on the OpenClaw framework. OpenClaw is open-source software with its own license terms. ClawDeploy is an independent hosting provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the OpenClaw project.

Your use of OpenClaw through ClawDeploy is subject to both the OpenClaw license and our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, our Terms of Service govern your use of the ClawDeploy platform, while the OpenClaw license governs the underlying framework.

3. Your Content and Data

You retain full ownership of all content you create on ClawDeploy, including:

  • Agent configurations, names, and system prompts
  • Custom instructions and personality settings
  • Data generated by your agents
  • Any files or content uploaded to your agents

By using ClawDeploy, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

4. Third-Party AI Models

ClawDeploy integrates with third-party AI model providers such as Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (GPT). Your use of AI models through ClawDeploy is subject to the respective provider's terms of service and usage policies. Key considerations:

  • AI-generated outputs are subject to the model provider's output licensing terms
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI outputs complies with applicable laws
  • Model availability and capabilities may change based on provider updates

5. Third-Party Integrations

ClawDeploy connects with third-party messaging platforms (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Slack). Your use of these integrations is subject to each platform's terms of service and developer policies. ClawDeploy is not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs or policies that may affect your agent's functionality.

6. Open-Source Components

ClawDeploy uses various open-source libraries and frameworks in its platform. These components are used in accordance with their respective licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, etc.). The use of open-source components does not affect the proprietary nature of the ClawDeploy platform itself.

7. Restrictions

Unless expressly permitted, you may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the ClawDeploy platform software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Sublicense, resell, or redistribute access to ClawDeploy
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding
  • Use the ClawDeploy name, logo, or branding without written permission

8. Termination of License

Your license to use ClawDeploy is automatically terminated if you violate these terms or our Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform. You may export your data before termination as described in our Privacy Policy.
